While not as big in the States, the Aperol Spritz is majorly popular throughout Europe. Aperol is a a bitter digestif, and when mixed with prosecco, it's a great summertime drink. With a little Spanish inspiration, we concocted the Aperol Spritz Sangria.
• 1 orange, sliced, plus more for garnish
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
• 1 cup Aperol
• 750 ml bottle prosecco 1 cup ice
